Tis the Season for Giving (LEGO DUPLO giveaway)

It's so easy for kids to get caught up in the 'getting' part of the holiday season.  I remember talking with my mommy friends last year after Christmas and we were all lamenting how our 2.5 year olds had suddenly developed the "gimmies" after spending a few weeks celebrating with various family members and friends, and I have a feeling that this year is going to be even worse since I've been hearing "I want that for Christmas" about every toy we see in a store/flyer/commercial for weeks now Read more [...]

Wordless Wednesday – Pumpkin Painting

The girls are too young to carve their own pumpkins so we paint them instead!  It was Rowan's first time using paint ever and she thought it was the greatest thing, and the girls even worked together to paint the pumpkins.  Lots of fun, lots of mess, and a nice long bubble bath to clean up afterward :) Read more [...]

Wordless Wednesday – Picking Halloween pumpkins
