I'm not big on having duplicates of toys in our house. Since my daughters are just under 2 years apart in age, they have a lot of the same interests and aren't that far apart in height or weight. Most of the time, they share...or more accurately, they fight a bit, whine and cry, and I make the decision about who's turn it is or if the item should be taken away until they're ready to share. If you're Canadian, odds are good that you enjoyed the Victoria Day long weekend that just passed! We were so lucky to have fantastic weather in Ottawa, especially since earlier in the week they had been calling for rain the whole time.

After the seemingly endless, freezing winter that we experienced this year, every child that I've come into contact with over the last couple of weeks has been losing their minds! The pent-up energy is palpable and I do not envy the teachers who have to deal with it all day, every day. For the April #MGAToybox, MGA Entertainment sent me a perfect way to help combat spring fever: the Little Tikes Read more [...]
