I know I've said it before but I'm just not a New Year's resolutions kind of girl. Now that we're nearing the end of January, how many of you are still even thinking of your resolutions? Ever since my daughters saw their first Disney On Ice performance last year, they have been asking to go again when it comes back to Ottawa. A common New Year's resolution is to eat better. After a month or so of Christmas baking and celebrations and treats, I know I'm looking for easy ways to add more healty food into our routine. As I look at the snow that is falling and the ever-growing piles of white stuff covering the ground, I am really missing the inexpensive and fresh fruit from the summer!
