What’s for (Christmas) Breakfast – Frittata

I think this used to be called a "wifesaver" back in the day.  I originally got the recipe from Kraft Canada but it looks like they've changed it since I found it a few years ago.  I've made a few modifications based on our favourite foods, but you can use whatever veggies and meat you want.  It's a tradition on Christmas morning in our household - I love it because I put it together the night before, then throw it in the oven in the morning and it bakes up while we open presents. You can make the dough a day or two ahead and keep it in the fridge until you're ready to bake it, or make it way in advance and freeze the dough.  These also freeze beautifully, so they tend to get made in November and then are taken out closer to Christmas. Wordless Wednesday – 28 weeks

I’m officially in my third trimester now, hopefully 12 weeks or less until Sprout arrives (but since his/her sister was so late, I’m betting this one won’t arrive until closer to 14 weeks from now!).
