Here’s to 2017!

2016 was some kind of year! While there were so many tragic, disappointing and upsetting public events and deaths, personally it was actually quite a good year. Summer Countdown

At this time next week, I’ll be walking my daughters to school. The big one is starting grade 2, the little one will be going into senior kindergarten, and I’ll be starting my final semester of my college diploma. Life Lesson: Test Your Waterproof Camera Before You Lose It!

A few years ago, I bought a waterproof, shockproof camera to keep in my purse for when I was out and about with my daughters. At the time, I didn’t have a cell phone that took very good pictures and I didn’t want to haul my DSL to the park with me. I bought this Canon PowerShot D20 from Costco and I’ve used and abused it ever since.
