Tonight my 2 year old asked to go to the park. It was a little later than we usually head out, but she’d had a good nap this afternoon and it was still light out, so at 8pm we walked down the street to our neighbourhood park. Ashlyn didn’t let a little rain stop her fun during our trip to New Brunswick. Decked out in full rain gear, she went down the slide so many times that she got some pretty impressive static head!
We’re heading out on a family vacation out East again, to visit with my husband’s family. It’s going to be crazy with a 3 month old and a 2 year old, but I think I’m prepared. We’re looking at about 8.5 hours of driving the first day, then about 5 the next day – not including stops to feed the baby, change the baby/toddler, eat meals, and just stretch.
