Disney On Ice presents Passport to Adventure is arriving in Ottawa next week! Featuring a cast of characters from The Lion King, Frozen, Peter Pan and The Little Mermaid, this is a new show to hit the ice at the Canadian Tire Centre in Kanata. We’re headed there next Friday for the special Girl Guide night and it’s sure to be a great time!
We have been a few times in the past to see Disney on Ice presents 100 Years of Magic! so it will be nice to see some new routines. I’m particularly excited for the Peter Pan segment! As with all Disney On Ice shows, this one will run between 1.5 and 2 hours and will have an intermission of roughly 20 minutes about halfway through the running time. Remember to give yourself lots of time to park (which you will need to pay for; save yourself some hassle and try to remember to bring cash) and to get through security and to your seats. There will be lots of merchandise for sale and in years past, it has all been quite expensive for my taste so it may be worthwhile to set some expectations before you arrive if you have little ones with big eyes.
Disney On Ice presents Passport to Adventure will perform eight shows from Thursday, Feb. 23, to Sunday, Feb. 26:
Thursday, Feb. 23 – 10:30 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Friday, Feb. 24 – 7 p.m.
Saturday, Feb. 25 – 11 a.m., 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Sunday, Feb. 26 – 11 a.m. and a 3 p.m. French performance
