Project Mc2’s H2O car runs on S.T.E.A.M.

For those of you not familiar with it, S.T.E.A.M stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math. The Netflix Original Series, Project Mc2 is all about girls using S.T.E.A.M. to solve problems and save the world, and their toys give kids a chance to play and learn without even realizing it! I was sent a Project Mc2 H2O RC Car which is recommended for ages 6+, but will be going to my fashion-doll obsessed 5.5 year old this Christmas. We’ve had other remote control (RC) cars in the past but this one is special because it runs on water (as well as 8 AA batteries, not included)!

Powered by S.T.E.A.M, build a remote control car and activate it using H20 (that’s water!). Pop the hood to install the car’s engine. Connect the wires, just like hooking up a real car battery; add water to the tank with the included “gas” can, then watch as the headlights turn on and steam comes out of the exhaust!

You can fit two dolls (sold separately) into the RC car, and it moves forwards or in a backwards turn. Its seems easy enough to drive so I’m hoping my girls don’t get frustrated with it. I love the little “gas” can that comes with it for fueling up, and that it’s red and not pink for a change. Just add water and let the fun begin!

The Project Mc2 H2O RC Car sells for the suggested price of $79.99 and you can find it at Toys R Us, Walmart, and the Hudson Bay Company!

I was sent a Project Mc2 H2O RC Car to facilitate this post. All opinions are always my own!
