Lori Dolls are sweet little 6 inch dolls that look like young girls – not babies, not grown ups, but just about the same age as the little girl who is likely playing with them. I first reviewed Lori Dolls back in the spring and they are a play room staple now. My daughters are old enough now that I tend to leave them to play privately but I can tell that they get a lot of play based on how often I find them on the play room floor. This Christmas, we’ll be putting a whole lot of new ideas for play time under the tree with this amazing set from Lori Dolls!
I was sent the Horse Haven play set, two horses, two equestrian dolls (Felicia and Evan) and two fashion dolls (Lori and Zarya). I really love the look of the Lori dolls, as they feel very classic and so age appropriate (and not creepy – let’s be honest, some dolls are!). Each doll comes with a complete outfit that can be fully removed and changed. We all know that outfit changes are a big part of the fun with dolls!
The Horse Haven set is remarkable in it’s detail – there is a working water pump! – and all of the little accessories that come with it. Made entirely of plastic, it feels sturdy and has doors that open on both ends of the stalls. The horses are lovely too, with manes and tails that can be brushed and braided, as well as bridles and saddles that can be removed.
In Canada, you can find Lori Dolls at Mastermind Toys and Indigo, and if you are in the USA, you can use this link to find a store near you!
I was sent Lori Dolls and accessories to facilitate this post. All opinions are always my own!
