Treat Yourself with Lush’s Halloween Line

Fall is always a time of change, with new routines and a desire to enjoy the crisp weather as we know that winter’s cold will soon be arriving. It’s also a time when I tend to change up my bath products as I switch from lighter summer scents to cozier fall products. Lush is my go-to for all sorts of bath products each season, and this Halloween is no exception!

There was no hiding the fact that a package from Lush had arrived from my daughters. Even completely sealed, you can smell the amazing products. I was able to sample 4 of their Halloween line, including one that is a favourite of mine from last year.

Lord of Misrule ($9.95 – $32.95 depending on size)
“Mischievously herbal – This sweet and spicy sudser is back for another year to fill your shower with its intoxicating perfume of black pepper, patchouli and vanilla. Lavish your skin by lathering up this shower cream, full of moisturizing glycerin and wheat germ oil. With skin so soft, don’t be surprised if you find yourself getting up to no good.”

Magic Wand ($6.95/100g)

“Mystical pomegranate soap – Magical folk and muggles alike will love lathering up with this soap imbued with a sweet, fruity perfume. Enzyme-rich pomegranate will leave your skin bewitchingly bright after you wash, and the detoxifying charcoal in the soap’s black outer layer will get you squeaky clean.

Autumn Leaf ($6.95 each)
“Time-lapse bathing – This stunning bath bomb brings the beauty of nature’s autumnal metamorphosis right into your tub. Watching it dissolve in the bath is like watching the trees turn colors, only in fast forward! Breathe in the grounding yet uplifting perfume, full of bergamot, neroli and sandalwood, and brace yourself for winter’s arrival.”

Monsters’ Ball ($7.25 each)
“Multicolored mutant – Throw yourself a ball by reveling in possibly the most beautiful bath water ever. This cyclops’ outer layer creates layers of pink froth on top of deep blue-purple waters as its fruity lime and neroli perfume fills the air. Make sure you save a dance for this beautiful monstrosity. Trust us, you won’t regret it!”

So far, my love for Lord of Misrule remains strong, and my daughters can’t get enough of Monsters’ Ball! I always break my Lush bath bombs into pieces to make them last longer, so we should be able to get 4  baths out it and the smell is incredible. It’s sweet but not cloying and somehow perfect for fall even with the citrus (lime is my ultimate weakness, I love it in everything). Even with the vibrant colour, I didn’t have to scrub the tub when they got out. These items go fast, so check out a Lush store near you or shop online while you still can!

Disclosure: I was sent products from Lush to facilitate my review post. All opinions expressed are always my own!
