My favourite part of fall is that it feels like ‘tea season’ to me. I worked with Libre Tea in 2011 and I had been enjoying their original tea glass until I accidentally sent it through the dishwasher and ruined the seal (here’s a tip: watch their how to use your Libre tea glass video). Luckily for me, Libre Tea has a new line of tea glasses out and I was sent a Starburst Tea Glass to try out!
For the record, the tea above was an herbal loose-leaf that is supposed to be that colour. I have amassed quite the loose-leaf tea collection and I love how easy it is for me to make a cup to take with me to my evening classes. I did have a few leak issues but that’s because, ahem, I didn’t watch the video. I was screwing the top onto the filter first, which meant that I wasn’t getting the proper seal. Once I figured that out, it’s been smooth sailing!
The Starburst tea glass holds 14 oz so it holds a lot of tea, and is made out of glass, BPA-free poly Tritan, and stainless steel. Because the interior is made of glass, you can use it for both hot and cold drinks so it’s great to have year-round!
One lucky reader will win a large Starburst Tea Glass from Libre Tea!
