When it comes to staying organized – or attempting to – I’m an old-school girl. Give me paper over technology any day! Perhaps if I had a cell phone that had been created in this decade I might be swayed, but I doubt it. While I loved my PalmPilot in university (does anyone remember those? How old am I?), I’ve always found that I remember things better if I actually write them down physically and I much prefer being able to see my schedule at a glance.
I came across PriaVanda during at Etsy search for the perfect day planner. You see, I’m picky. I wanted it to be big enough that I could find it in my bag, but small enough that it would fit into whichever purse I decided to use that day now that I’m not restricted to a diaper bag. I wanted there to be enough room to keep track of all four of our schedules but I don’t need a page a day. I needed a month-at-a-glance calendar for each month so I can keep track of the big stuff and update the family calendar so my husband stays in the loop. And of course, it has be pretty! I was sent a PriaVanda 12 Month Day Planner and as you can see, it’s got my list covered.
The PriaVanda Personalized 12 Month Day Planner includes:
- Includes the name of your choice on the cover
- Begins with your month of choice and ends 12 months later
- Front cover is hand woven with satin ribbons in your color selection
- Back cover is matching color
- Hard cover, 6 by 9 format including binding
- Wire binding allows book to open flat
- Integrated folder
- Ribbon bookmark
- Monthly overview: one month per two page spread
- Weekly overview: one week per two page spread
- Monthly & weekly motivational quotes
- 40 page Notes section
- 2 year reference calendar
- Important holidays
- To do list
- Printed on 28lbs paper acid free
As you can see below, it fits nicely into my current go-to bag (which I admit is pretty big). I can find it easily without it taking up a ton of space. I really appreciate the small integrated folder for tucking business cards and small notes (there is a pocket on either side of the insert) and the ribbon means no more fumbling for the current date in my planner. The integrated ‘to do’ list is going to be so handy for keeping track of random things, like groceries to pick up or calls to make, without making it too hard to read my schedule!
A little bit about PriaVanda:
Using satin ribbons and a unique technique to basket weave her handcrafted products, designer PriaVanda has found the perfect medium to create the structures for her line.
“I began weaving ribbons through plain bamboo mats to dress them up and was suddenly inspired to add this touch to everyday items. I was drawn to stationery because I cannot live without my day planner and that was the first product I created. The line grew from there’, notes PriaVanda.
“I love the shine and luminosity of these ribbons and silky feeling when you touch them. They add a luxurious look to my line.”
One lucky reader will win an 12 Month Personalized Day Planner from PriaVanda in your choice of ribbon colours!
