What’s for breakfast – Healthy Pumpkin Muffins

A friend gave me this recipe and it’s great at breakfast or as a snack.  I added some chocolate chips which probably decreases the health factor but they are so good that I think it’s worth it!  The recipe makes 12 regular muffins. Pretty as a princess for Halloween this year!

Rarely a day goes by in our house without a few dress up games being played, so it’s no surprise to me that A is already excited for Halloween!  There are so many possibilities for girls costumes now: superheroes, animals, fairies, and of course, princesses.
