Since my husband’s parental leave came to an end sooner than anticipated due to a fabulous opportunity with his employer, I decided to pack up the girls earlier this week and spend a few days beside the pool with the grandparents. It’s the little things that make me happy sometimes, like seeing all our cute diapers on the clothesline. There has to be some upside for being crazy enough to use cloth on both girls at the same time, right?
Tonight my 2 year old asked to go to the park. It was a little later than we usually head out, but she’d had a good nap this afternoon and it was still light out, so at 8pm we walked down the street to our neighbourhood park.
