Udder Covers – Baby Shower Event review & giveaway

I nursed my daughter for a long time (about 16 months!) and quite a few of those nursing sessions happened in public. Especially when she was younger and eating every couple of hours, a good nursing cover was essential for both of us if we ever wanted to leave the house! Some people will claim that a receiving blanket is just as good, but I always fumbled with them and found that they would slide off. Udder Covers is the perfect solution for nursing moms!

For review, I was sent an Udder Cover in the Jones print. All Udder Covers are made of 100% breathable cotton so baby won’t get too hot while nursing, and are machine washable, which is very important for everything that comes into contact with a baby! They also have a rigid neckline which lets you peak at baby while he or she is nursing, and helps with air flow and keeping the temperature from getting too stuffy while baby eats.

Here’s a closeup of the Jones print; it’s got a light yellow background and I think it’s very pretty and girly but not baby-ish which I really appreciate. I’m the one wearing it and I much prefer a pretty pattern to cartoons!
