What’s for dinner – Chili

Ok, technically it’s what’s for lunch, but the chili was dinner last night. The baked potatoe was an impulse buy when I was grocery shopping at Farm Boy yesterday. This is my chili recipe, which is basically an amalgamation of my mom’s chili, my aunt’s chili, and what my husband and I added along the way. Why I haven’t been blogging

It’s not just because we haven’t been home (although that was a big part of  it).  It’s not just because my toddler keeps me running from the moment she gets up until the moment she sleeps (although that’s true).  It’s because I can’t keep my eyes open most days, can’t look at a computer screen, can’t form a sentence.
