Shout It From The Roof Designs ~ Review & Giveaway

I have sent a lot of cards over the last few years. Save the dates, wedding invitations, shower thank you’s, birth announcements, and Christmas cards, to name a few off the top of my head. I love to send photo cards for a variety of reasons and I’m thrilled to introduce you to my good friend’s new Etsy store, Shout It From The Roof Designs!

I pick photo cards over regular cards whenever possible because it’s a great way to personalize a card AND it saves me from printing out pictures and having to remember to include them in the card. I can’t be the only person who has sealed an envelope only to realize the family picture was still sitting on the desk! Danica created this beautiful card for me to send out as a thank you/recent picture for Ashlyn’s first birthday.

Danica also created a birth announcement for us when our daughter was born last year. You can see it (with the details changed) further down the page. She loves to do custom work so feel free to contact her and see what she comes up with!

One of the many reasons that I love working with Danica is because everything can be customized – the colours, the font, the placement of the pictures. Danica works with you to make sure it’s exactly what you’re looking for, then sends you the high-resolution file so that you can print off exactly as many as you need. That was the primary downside to using a template from an online store for me, only being able to order their amounts. Sometimes, you need 27 cards, not 25 or 50! This way, you can send cards to everyone and not have an extra dozen that you didn’t need hanging around the house.

Shout It From The Roof Designs isn’t just for baby-related announcements. Danica also has Save the Dates and Thank You cards and has a bunch of other ideas that will be posted soon. If there is an important event coming up in your life, she’ll have a card for it! Look for Christmas cards a little closer to the holiday season too – let’s all enjoy summer while it lasts and not rush things :)

One lucky winner will get a card design of their choice from Shout It From The Roof Designs! This will be good until the end of the year, so it will include those Christmas cards that we’re all not thinking about right now.
