Kathi’s Kreations is an Etsy store based out of Texas that I came across back in November, when I was looking for a the perfect stocking for my daughter. I didn’t like what I was seeing in the stores so naturally, I turned to Etsy and wasn’t disappointed! Kathi created the perfect stocking and was so easy to work with that I jumped at the chance to work with her again.
For review, Kathi sent me one of her new items, an eco-friendly trash sack in the Round About Spa fabric. I immediately put it in my car and it’s the handiest thing to have! I never seemed to have enough hands to take the garbage back into the house when I was leaving the car (funny how a baby and all her “stuff”can do that to a mommy) and I hated having garbage in my cupholders all the time. Now, there’s no more Kleenex’s in my pocket, or empty Starbucks cups and food wrappers in the cupholder taking up valuable space that could be holding my coffee; instead, I have something that’s pretty, portable, and eco-friendly!
My favourite part of the trash sack is that you actually don’t need to put a plastic bag in it – I’ve taken mine out since I read that. The bag is lined with a waterproof material that is fully washable, so you can either wipe up any spills or put the whole thing in the washer if it gets dirty.
Kathi keeps a limited number of items in stock in her Etsy store, but loves to do custom projects where you get to pick the fabrics, so you know can find exactly what you’re looking for! You can also check out Kathi’s blog to see some of her past and future projects.
