I’m still really new to this whole blogging thing, and I’m trying to figure out what my “voice” should be. I love reading other Mommy-blogs, and entering to win free stuff – because really, who doesn’t love free? – and eventually, I’d love to be able to do my own reviews and giveaways, but for that to happen, I need readers. And to get readers, I need something for them to read. So, what do people want to read, anyways?
I could go on and on about fun stuff like cloth diapers (yup, we use them and love them!), and the joys of teething (my baby girl is FINALLY asleep after an hour of intermittant, ear-piercing screaming that Orajel and Tylenol seem to have helped with), but is that interesting to other people? Apparently not working in 10.5 months – Ashlyn is only 6 months old but we moved when I was pregnant and it wasn’t feasible to find a job at 6.5 months pregnant – has destroyed my ability to have non-baby-related conversations.
It’s times like this that make me realize that I need to get back into my hobbies of scrapbooking and reading, no matter how tired I am at the end of the day!
